The Chad's Hope Staff
Clayton
has worked with Teen Challenge since 1978 and was Director
of one of the first adolescent centers from 1984 until 1995. Clayton
has been State Director of Teen Challenge of KY since 1997
and serves as the Great Laks Regional Representative for Teen
Challenge, USA. Clayton and his wife Beth were honored as Outstanding Volunteers of the Year in 2003 by the City of
Louisville for the Lifeline ministry at Louisville Metro
Corrections. Clayton is certfied with Recovery Dynamics and
is a certified trainer for Living Free. Clayton and Beth
have two grown children.

Mike
is an Air Force veteran. He attended Southeastern College and
the University of Cincinnati. He served at Cincinnati Teen
Challenge as Program Director and as interim Exectutive
Director, working thee from 1981-1985. Mike also has been the
Progam Director at Rocky Mountain Teen Challenge and the
Executive Director of Teen Challenge in Youngstown, Ohio. He
Pioneered Metro Ministries in Youngstown and has pastored an
inner city church in Newport, Kentucky for the last 12 years.

Heather
Baker, Administrative Assistant, started out in Women's Ministry
just over 9 years ago. She travels around Southeastern KY
teaching on family restoration and women's discipleship in a
program called "Coming Home". Her husband pastors a local
Baptist church in Tyner and they have 2 children.

Bill pioneered a Foursquare Church and pastored for 20
years. He also has worked with various Foursquare church
camps for the last 15 years. For twenty years, Bill, had
worked in the egineering business with the coal
industry, helping to obtain mining permits. After this
he and his brother started Culton Gas Transmission and
Exploration for the purpose of drilling and producing
oil and gas in Eastern Kentucky. For the last four years
Bill has been involved with Clay County and drug
recovery ministry.

Bill
is a 1974-1979 Indianapolis Teen Challenge graduate and Boys
Program Director. Bill has been in full-time ministry for over
35 years. Along with his duties at Chads Hope, Bill Pastors
Grace Assembly Of God Church in Morehead , KY. Where he, Jessica
(his wife of 30 yrs) and thier daughters Faith and Kristen have
been serving faithfully as a ministry team for over 17 years.
Bill and his wife are also Morehead State University Chi-Alpha
campus directors. Bill and his family have worked in many facets
of ministry; Pastor, associate Pastor, Evangelist, Youth
Pastors, and residential care house parents at Teen Ranch,
Marlette, MI. and Christian Haven Homes-Wheatfield, IN. Just
before coming to Chads Hope Bill was employed by Pathways as a
Detox Staff.

Maurice
was born in Philadelphia, PA. He is an Air Force veteran and
drove trucks for many years prior to coming to the ministry of
Teen Challenge. After graduating Rehrersburg,PA Teen Challenge
from 1998 to 2005 Maurice served as Intake Director at
Harrisburg, PA Teen Challenge, as the Intake Director of
Rochester, NY Teen Challenge from 2006 to 2007, and as the
Intake/Facilities Director at Western Kentucky Teen Challenge
from 2007 to 2009.

PJ
(Pastor Johnny) and his family Pastor at First Assembly of God
Corbin, KY and have for over 7 years. Johnny is a Certified
Turning Point teacher and has served in various capacities in
ministry for over 14 years, everything from Sunday School
teacher to Sunday School Superintendent to Men’s Ministry. He
served on the Christian Education Board for the Kentucky
District A/G for 6 years. He has served at CHTC for over a year
as Curriculum Director.

James is a graduate of Alabama Teen Challenge. Prior to coming
to Chad's Hope Teen Challenge he participated in an internship
in Pastoral Counseling. He currently is overseeing counseling of
the men at Chad's Hope, in addition to contributing in other
aspects of the ministry.
